Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle : a First Impression Review

Well, I finally decided to take it. A few days ago I finally have the difficult decision to buy the Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle. Okay, I admit, is not so difficult for me because I felt a real bargain. When I received the package by mail, could not contain my excitement. After all, Wii Fit, the latest games and innovative workout machine in the market today!

What’s in the Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle?

When I got my Nintendo Wii Fit Bundle Package unzip anxious, I realize that contain a range of products. And ‘the Nintendo Wii game console, the Wii Fit Balance Board peripheral and accessories, such as the status console, remote control for your game console, nunchuck, AV Adapter & Cable. Included with the Balance Board is a software disk that contains the activities or exercises such as yoga, body balance, muscle building and aerobic exercise and routines. />
My Wii game console also comes with 5 games for Wii Sports tennis, bowling, baseball, golf and boxing. Now you need the Wii console before they can make the Wii Fit. When I planned my purchase, I noticed that they sell a lot of packages are offered at rock-bottom prices all on the web. But beware, many of which do not include the Wii! You may end up paying more if you buy individually. If you do not have the Wii game console, the cheaper choice is the Wii Fit bundle as retailers tend to be more convenient package.

My training experience on the Nintendo Wii Fit

After seeing the Wii Fit for installation, I was working with a heart rate monitor attached to my wrist. It took some ‘getting used to navigation, even though, frankly, are pretty easy to use. It may take some time out of training time, but I’m sure can be minimized once more familiar with the system. />
What I noticed was some of the activities I did not train so well as I expected. The title of the football game was a disappointment and does not even raise my heart rate above the minimum. And when I stabbed my statistics on activities such as yoga, strength training, aerobics and balance, aerobic training in comparison. />
My favorite was by far the Hula Hoop game. When I tried to keep balance for all tires in the air, catching, and some more, my heartbeat was 172bpm raised. It was not just a good workout, it was quite funny and entertaining. />
Maybe you can ask “So, you mean the Nintendo Wii Fit is a good way to lose weight?”. I personally do not think Wii Fit can really help you lose weight too given the nature of activities. Maybe one or two pounds per week. But I’m sure are very effective in another department in your life.
